What do I do if I receive a defective game?

If you receive a defective game, please contact us right away through our Customer Service Form. After you submit your request, you'll be sent instructions on how to get an exchange or refund.

If you receive a defective console, please contact us right away through our Customer Service Form. Customer service will send you a return label along with instructions on how to return your console for an exchange or refund.

What does your 30 DAY GAMEFUNK WARRANTY cover?

Our 30 DAY GAMEFUNK WARRANTY covers all defective merchandise purchased through our store.

All non-defective returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee for "unopened new" or "used" merchandise and 20% for "opened new" merchandise. Also, the buyer takes responsibility for all shipping fees.
