When will you ship my Order?
Orders usually ship with in 1-2 business days. (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm PST). If we experience any issues with your order, you will be contacted with in 1-2 business days, from when your order was placed as well.
How can I track my package?
When your package is shipped, our customer service department will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow USPS or Fed-Ex 24 hours to post an update on your shipment.
I didn't get a tracking number from you?
Packages usually ship within 1-2 business days. If you don't receive a tracking number from us within this time frame, please check your SPAM folders to make sure our email wasn't filtered by your email service. If you still don't have an email from us, contact us through our and a customer service representative will get back to you by the end of the next business day.
